• Primary Admin can create ‘Tag groups’ which houses similarly themed individual ‘Tags’.

  • All users can use these tags to tag/label subscriptions to organize their subscriptions better.

  • Primary Admin can edit, delete and move tags across tag groups.

  • Deleting a Tag group is possible in 2 ways:

    • Deleting a Tag group including all the Tags. If Primary Admin chooses this option, all subscriptions are untagged with the tags that were in the Tag group

    • Deleting only the Tag group while retaining the Tags. If Primary Admin chooses this option, the Tags are retained in a temporary group called ‘Other Tags’ and subscriptions retain the tagging.

  • An example of how Tags can be used:

    • If the user has offices in Sydney & Melbourne, a Tag group named ‘Offices’ can be created with relevant Tags inside it. Similarly, if the user would like to Tag subscriptions with Functions in her organization, a Tag group named ‘Department’ with ‘Marketing’ & ‘Engineering’ can be created.
